I'm Noel, a product leader and former founder in New York.

I care about the craft of building great software and enduring businesses.

I'm currently on sabbatical, soaking up the time with my toddler, exploring a handful of experiments, and writing about what I learn (more here soon).

Most recently, I was Chief Product Officer at hyperexponential (opens in a new tab), the agentic platform for underwriting complex risk, where I led product and design, and helped the company go multi-product as well as expand into the US.

Previously, I led product teams at Seismic (opens in a new tab), the market leader in sales enablement, and at Percolate (opens in a new tab), where we helped some of the largest global brands coordinate content production at scale.

In a past life, I cofounded a couple of startups (opens in a new tab), and while they weren't ultimately successful, the experience was deeply formative.
